Riverwalk House, on the banks of the Thames has a gorgeously sinuous shape inspired by the river from which it takes its name. With striking architecture and exquisite interiors, Riverwalk House required a fully automated Smart-home experience for each apartment, with convenience and style paramount.

Sir Robert McAlpine brought in Econocom to supply, install, programme, test and commission all of the Audio Visual and Lighting Control Systems. The future proof, bespoke, state of the art solutions included discreet speakers, control panels, wall mounted and flush mounted display screens and lights. These were combined with space saving technology in the hidden rack spaces and customised wall mounted control panels, to create the comfort and convenience of a high tech solution, while maintaining the free flowing lines of the building.
