South Bank Tower in Southwark is a striking development, offering a range of luxury apartments with windows stretching from floor to ceiling. South Bank Tower required a fully automated Smart-home experience for each apartment and a luxurious private cinema for residents only.
Convenience was highlighted during the brief for the AV design of these apartments, so having this at the forefront, an all en-compassing, bespoke state of the art AV system was designed. It was important for each of the residents to have direct access to the 24 hours concierge and fingertip control for all the home systems.
We supplied, installed, programmed, tested and commissioned all of the Audio Visual and Lighting Control Systems and fitted out the private cinema room.
